Download and Review Important documentation relating to Morreto Trade.
We prioritise compliance and quality in every pallet we manufacture.
Our important documentation includes detailed guidelines on manufacturing processes, insurance policies, and strict adherence to pallet compliance standards.
This ensures that all our pallets meet international export requirements, including ISPM 15 standards for wood treatment.
ISPM 15 stands for International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15, which outlines the requirements for wood packaging materials used in international trade to prevent the spread of pests.
Morreto is proud to be ISMP15 certified. You can learn more about the different pallets we provide to the Western Cape.
The ISPM 15 process involves heat treating or fumigating wood to eliminate pests. Wood must be treated to a core temperature of 56°C for at least 30 minutes and then stamped with the ISPM 15 mark.
ISPM stands for International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures, a set of global guidelines to prevent the spread of pests and diseases through trade.
ISPM 15 rated means that the wood has been properly treated and certified to meet the ISPM 15 standard, making it safe for international shipping and compliant with global regulations.
